Kathy Roussel is the Head of Advocacy & Engagement at amfori, where she leads strategic efforts to promote responsible business conduct and sustainable trade. Based in Brussels, she represents amfori in key international forums including the B20, UN Business and Human Rights Forums, and OECD platforms, advocating for resilient, sustainable and future-fit supply chains. With a strong legal and policy background, Kathy plays a pivotal role in shaping amfori’s engagement with global stakeholders and policymakers. She also brings prior experience from senior roles in both the private and public sectors, with a focus on policy, project management and coalition-building.
