I have a doctorate in Law and having
been involved in the field of research and teach within international law ,
political science , human rights include gender equality , justice reform and
migration for the last 20 years .

public finance management and experience working on gender equality and
human rights, with experience in the area of elimination of violence against
women;

the MENA region. Proficiency in English and I have additional languages a plus, fluent in French
and Arabic , at least 5 years of research experience . I have excellent written and
oral communication skills and a strong commitment to international relations ,
international law and human's rights.
As human rights activist, trainer , researcher , professor of law at university , I
have acquired experience in the field of legal reform , human rights and gender .
As member of the senior leadership team of various national, regional and
international NGOs , I have a proven track record in providing broad advocacy,
communication, networking, partnerships and alliance , across several
countries , with various stakeholders.
I have good knowledge of civil society actors, perspectives and trends.
In 1999, I founded the Moroccan Center for Human Rights . In 2006 , I founded
the Coalition against abuse on children transformed in 2020 to National Center
for Combating Violence and Abuse against Children. I'm actually Director of
this Center . In 2014 , I founded Rabat Center for Political and Strategic Studies
. It's a Moroccan policy-oriented think tank based in Rabat, Morocco, striving to
promote knowledge sharing and to contribute to an enriched reflection on key
political , law and justice reform .
As human rights expert, I am deeply familiar with working methods, and I have
a recognized expertise in working in close cooperation with States and other
stakeholders
