Stuart Neely is a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and co-lead of the firm’s Business & Human Rights (BHR) practice. He advises clients on BHR and ESG-related laws and international frameworks, the development of human rights due diligence programs, public disclosures, transaction due diligence and grievance processes, as well as ESG-related investigations, disputes, OECD National Contact Point specific instances, crisis management, and risk mitigation strategies.
